Since the ECUs are inside of a gooey electrical compound (for good reasons) a repair ist quite annoying and maybe won't even last that long.
With the Chrysler DRB II or DRB III one can do quite some diagnostics to find out if the ECU is actually broken. I can do that. However I don't know anybody who can repair an SBEC II ECU.

Also, I have seen quite a few ECUs and only had 2 defect ones. One of which was a user error due to stupidity with aftermarket wiring. So chances are pretty low your ECU is actually broken. Maybe just wrong injectors, bad engine wiring or something like that.
